We are looking for an innovative relationship marketer specializing in telemarketing and e-commerce.
Do you want to help develop our work to activate and retain donors and members to strengthen fundraising and engagement for the Red Cross? Are you driven by insight and sales-driven marketing? Do you have solid knowledge of telemarketing and e-commerce? Do you have your ear to the ground, your eyes on the future – and want to help develop what works well while building new initiatives in a humanitarian organization with a big heart? Then you could be the next star of the Red Cross.
This is a senior position in an efficient team that works to activate and retain donors and members, where you will have primary responsibility for telemarketing and the team's responsibilities on rodakorset.se.
What you will do:
- Drive and innovate our telemarketing channel to increase fundraising and loyalty to the Red Cross. (We work with an external agency)
- Operationally develop our website's role in communication with donors and members, by creating, optimizing, and A/B testing landing pages.
- Innovate and drive increased fundraising using data, analysis, and creative solutions.
We believe that you:
- Have experience as a client of telemarketing and managing all related processes.
- Have experience in e-commerce.
- Have strong analytical skills, both in day-to-day activities and in more overarching and proactive tasks.
- Have good collaboration skills, are unpretentious, and comfortable leading and following.
- Are curious about exploring how AI and other new technologies can improve precision, efficiency, and relevance in CRM marketing, particularly telemarketing and e-commerce.
Extra plus if:
- Your experience comes from another fundraising organization.
- You have worked with automation, AI tools, or smart segmentation.
- You understand that payment flows and donor navigation are crucial for the future of fundraising.
- Experience in writing copy, producing content, or advertising on social media.
- Experience in project managing various types of CRM activities.
- Experience in CRO and SEO work.
- Experience in agile work, preferably in a marketing organization.
Your role in the team:
You will join an agile team and an organization with a clear direction and warm culture. The team has common goals and a shared mission to strengthen fundraising, engagement, and lifetime value from existing donors and members. You will be a central force in driving our fundraising forward together with the team, both in the short and long term.
Other:
The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension/permanent employment full-time. The position is based at our office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. We prefer working in the office, but there is often the possibility of remote work a couple of days a week. Start date is negotiable.
